Introduction to Pottery Wheel- Five Days
Our 5-day intensive pottery wheel program at Claymor Studio is designed to help you build real skill, confidence, and craftsmanship, even if you’ve never touched clay before.
Over five focused sessions, you’ll learn how to design and create your own hand made collection of functional ceramic pieces.
This is not a one-day experience. This is where you actually learn pottery!
You will learn-

Clay preparation, wedging, ceramic terminology

Learn the basics of all wheel throwing- centering, pulling clean cylinders & bowls

Explore surface textures and attaching techniques

Paint using underglaze or colored slips

Each student will have their own personalized collection of ceramics- Mugs, Bowls, Tumblers

Cost- INR 9,500/- per person

The course is for ages 16 years and older.

Pieces unto 1kg is included in the course for glazing & firing.

Firing charges of Rs100 per 100 grams will apply to fire pieces over 1kg

Finished work will be available to pick up 3-4 weeks after the end of your course.

Wear comfortable clothes you can get dirty in.
